Bar encroaches on sidewalk

I wish to suggest to the Director of Highways Division that he consider restricting parking along Crystal Stream between the Diego Martin Highway and Morne Coco Road to facilitate the free flow of traffic until the highway construction is completed. This is a narrow road and when motorists park on Crystal Stream to visit the bars in the area, traffic backs up. Now that all cars heading to lower Petit Valley have to do so via Crystal Stream, this situation will become worse.

Another issue with the bar on the corner: it would appear they own the sidewalk as it was built on and enclosed some time ago and now forms part of their establishment.
