Huckster Peter Pope, popularly labelled “mayor of Chaguanas” complains vehemently about the economic slowdown at Busy Corner, Chaguanas.
Compared to Arima, there were more shoppers and vendors in Chaguanas. They admitted sales were good but compared to previous years it could be better.
